2021 MATARO

We picked our 2021 Old Vine Mataro at 22.3 Brix and fermented it in oak fermenters for 18 days. It was pressed off into neutral Burgundy barrels and aged for 9 months. The blend was made in May of ‘22 and bottled in August of ‘22, unfined and unfiltered.

Alcohol - 13.4%
